The Ocean City Swim Club's Bruckner Chase is the Head Coach for the City of Ocean City Adult Fitness Swim Program. 


NOTE:  THIS IS A CITY OF OCEAN CITY PROGRAM - PLEASE DIRECT POOL OR PROGRAM QUESTIONS TO THE OCEAN CITY AQUATICS CENTER - 609-398-6900

Overview:

  • Sessions are designed to welcome all levels of swimmers with times and distances adjusted by lane for varying abilities. 

  • Workouts range from 1,800 - 3,800 meters. 

  • Swimmers should be able to swim at least 8 lengths of the pool without stopping to take part.

  • COACHED SUNDAY WORKOUTS WILL RESUME IN LATE SEPT / EARLY OCT.

  • THE SUNDAY POOL TIMES ARE AVAILABLE ALL YEAR BUT ARE NOT COACHED IN THE SUMMERS AND EARLY FALL.
