Longport Open Water Workouts
Sundays beginning June 13 through August 14
Adult swimmers only
This is NOT a clinic although instruction is provided.
Sessions included beginning OW swimmers to seasoned lifeguards.
OW course consists of (2) buoys 200 meters apart positioned 100 meters off shore.
